INSURANCE

Why We Don’t Work With Insurance &
Why That Benifits You.

At IGNITE Physical Therapy and Performance, care is built on what your body needs in order to make a full recovery and return to an active lifestyle without limitation.

That’s why we’ve chosen not to operate within the insurance model.

When treatment is dictated by insurance, it comes with built-in limitations. Visit counts are capped. Timelines are restricted. Goals are narrowed to what is considered “medically necessary.” The result is a process that often stops once basic function is achieved, not when you’re fully prepared to return to performance.

IGNITE removes those constraints.

Your plan is not shaped by approvals or reimbursements. It’s built around what your body actually needs to recover, adapt, and perform. That means taking the time to fully assess movement, address underlying limitations, and progress with purpose, without being forced to cut the process short.

This allows for a higher standard of care including true one-on-one attention, individualized programming, progressions based on performance, and not timelines.

Recovery doesn’t end when the pain decreases. It ends when you’re confident, capable, and prepared for the demands ahead.

By stepping outside the insurance model, we’re able to do what most systems can’t:
deliver care that is complete, intentional, and built for long-term results.

Not just getting you back.
But building you to perform.

INFO

IPT&P is an independent, cash-based practice built around individualized care, not insurance limitations.

We base your treatment on your goals, not insurance protocols. This gives us the freedom to create a progressive, performance-driven plan designed specifically for your body, your sport, and your recovery without worrying about insurance timelines and restrictions from holding you back.

The Problem With Insurance-Driven Physical Therapy

Insurance companies often control the structure of your care. They influence how long you can be treated, what services are covered, and what qualifies as “successful” recovery.

At IGNITE, we believe recovery should be built around the individual, not insurance limitations. Your goals, performance demands, and long-term resilience should drive the plan of care, not a preset checklist.

In-Network Care Often Prioritizes Timelines Over People

Even clinics labeled “sports-focused” are often limited by insurance restrictions. That can mean generic treatment plans, shortened sessions, often times being seen with more than one other patient, limited one-on-one care and progress measured by insurance standards, not performance goals.

At IGNITE, your care is built around the demands of your body, your sport, and your recovery process. We value individualized care designed to help you return stronger and perform without limitations.
